12 x 400 meters
Everyone will have a set time that they will start each interval on

For example, if my set time is 2 minutes, then every 2 minutes I run a 400.  If I run 1:25 for the 400, then I get :35 of rest before I start the next.  We will do 6, break and then 6 more
