Meet the Coaches



Sean Reincke

Sean Reincke is a social studies teacher at CSD.  He restarted the CSD cross country program in the fall of 2000 after the program's lengthy hiatus.  A native of Lancaster, PA, he started running when he was 8 years old.  He ran cross country at Manheim Township Middle School, Lancaster Catholic High School, and Saint Francis University (Division I); he was team captain his junior and senior years in both high school and college.  Sean also ran track in both high school and college and was team captain his senior years of both.  Since college, he has participated in many road races including the Harrisburg Marathon and the Marine Corps Marathon, and has completed the Eagleman and Lake Placid Ironman Triathlons.  Some of his personal records include:  4:51-mile, 16:57-5K, 29:10-5 miles, and 1:03:19-10 miles.

Sean lives in Cambridge with his wife, Susan, a certified massage therapist at the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay.  They have a son, Thomas, who was born in March of 2004.  They also have two labs, Teddy and Caesar.

Lois Narr D.O.

Lois Narr is a Family Practice Physician in Cambridge, Maryland.
She joined the CSD Cross Country coaching staff as Head Women’s Coach in the fall of 2010. A native of Blackwood, NJ, she ran for the Pope Paul VII High school Cross Country and Track teams. In her senior year she earned ALL-South Jersey honors and placed second in the State (Parochial Division) for the mile. She attended Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA where she captained the Cross Country and Track Teams three of her four years. Lois was a three time All-American, placing fourth at the 1985 Division III Cross Country Nationals and leading her team to the National Championship title. Crowning her senior year, Lois placed 4th in the 1986 Division III Track and Field National Championship 3000 meter race with a time of 9:48.46. Lois continues to compete in road races and triathlons including the Eagleman Half Ironman.

Lois lives in Cambridge with her husband, Frank, a financial executive, and their two daughters, Madison and Jessica.
