Weekly Workouts

 

We will practice after school Monday through Friday, and most Saturdays.  During the week, practice will begin promptly at 3:00 pm and end no later than 6:00 pm.  Saturday practice times will vary depending on location.  All runners are expected to attend every practice unless excused by coach.  Workouts will be posted the Sunday before each week.
